Mussoorie, a picturesque hill station in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, is often referred to as the "Queen of the Hills." Nestled in the Garhwal Himalayan range, it sits at an altitude of approximately 2,005 meters (6,578 feet). The town is renowned for its scenic beauty, pleasant climate, and colonial charm. Popular attractions include the Mall Road, offering stunning views of the Doon Valley, and Gun Hill, the second highest point in Mussoorie. Other notable sites are Kempty Falls, Camel’s Back Road, and the Mussoorie Lake. The town is also a gateway to the Yamunotri and Gangotri shrines, attracting numerous tourists and pilgrims. With its lush green hills, varied flora and fauna, and numerous trekking and adventure activities, Mussoorie provides a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

1. 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance. 

2. 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure. 

3. 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date

2. 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

3. 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

4. 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount. 

5. 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour. 

6. No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start. 

7. No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip. 

8. Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged. For any query, please feel free to contact us.

Eligible refunds will be processed only after the refund is received from the respective airline, hotel, DMC or other service provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to supplier approval and banking timelines. Visa fees, travel insurance, convenience fees, processing charges and other non-refundable services are not eligible for refund unless specifically mentioned.
