We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select theservices to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operateor control any airline, shipping company, coach or coachcompany, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or anyother facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide youservices during the course of your tour. Therefore, pleasecarefully note that:

You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules ofeach service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggagepolicies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising fromnon-compliance will be at your own risk.

If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you maybe held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regardwill be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not beliable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc.occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, theiremployees or agents.

We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due toreasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events,strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems,overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights,closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we willdo our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we wouldnot be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arisingout of this.

Please note effective October 2020, any foreign tour booked, shall attract 5% TCS (which is 100% refundable on IT returns) This amount will be collected separately from individuals once the booking is made on the website. This has an overall 0 effect on the transaction. Effective 01 October 2023, TCS will be revised to 20% (which is 100% refundable on IT returns). Please be advised that this is a quote based on the requirements, as multiple services are involved Flights+Hotels+Activities+Transfers, some of the services may be subject to a price change/ unavailability. The operations team will notify you of such changes if any post booking, and shall offer alternate arrangements or refund of the unavailable services if any. Please bear in mind that the standard check-in time as per international standards is 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM is the checkout. Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to therespective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are noteligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unusednights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services(meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reasonwhatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will besubject to the hotel’s discretion.

Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included inthe itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of thetravel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotationstage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certainservices may have separate cancellation policies, which must beadhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable oncebooked, unless specified otherwise.

Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking valuewill be applicable for cancellations of land services (includingactivities and transfers), as well as for any amendments.

Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are asper hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject toavailability and may incur additional charges payable directly atthe hotel.

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at thetime of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation(including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms)are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels,arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be madein a hotel of similar standard.

The price does not include any personal or incidentalexpenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges,beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage,and similar services.

If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31stDecember, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize galadinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
