Other Information

Valid ID & Permits • All travelers must carry a valid photo ID: Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport. • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID in the Andaman Islands. • Visiting certain tribal areas may require special permits, make sure to obtain these in advance if required. Cash & Cards • Most major places accept credit/debit cards, but it is advisable to carry some cash. • Cash is especially useful when visiting Elephant Beach for water sports, local shops, and small markets. Weather-Appropriate Clothing • Andaman has a tropical climate, so pack light, breathable clothes, swimwear, and comfortable footwear such as slippers or floaters. • Carry an umbrella for sudden showers. • A light jacket may be useful if traveling during December or January, as evenings can sometimes be breezy. Sun Protection & Insect Repellent • The sun can be strong, so carry sunscreen (high SPF), sunglasses, and a hat. • It is also advisable to carry insect repellent etc.

Payment Policy

· The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be the prevailing rate on the day/date of Payment ( + 01 rupee will be applicable on the ROE ).

· The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be calculated from xe.com.

· After we receive confirmation from the customer, we shall block hotel rooms.

· Once the rooms are blocked a certain C.O.D (Cut-off date) is given by the hotel, before which the customer has to clear 100% hotel amount.

· 100% amount must be cleared 21 days before guest arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by the customer. We will not regard a booking as cancelled until we receive an email regarding cancellation from the customer.

· The following cancellation fee will be applicable, in regards with the number of days prior to departure that cancellation is received:

· Cancellation fee will be fully charged for NO – SHOW or Early Departure, FIT / GIT for guaranteed room booking.

· Should a cancellation be received 20 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged.

Refund Policy

· 21-30 Days prior to arrival – 50% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.

· 30-45+ Days prior to arrival 75% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.
